Overview
Use the Help Center for repeatable workflow guidance and open a support request when you are blocked, see incorrect behavior, or need account-specific follow-up. Good tickets are specific enough that support can reproduce the problem without a long back-and-forth.
Before you begin
- Identify the page, workflow, and record involved before you submit the request.
- Capture screenshots using demo or redacted data whenever possible.
Steps
- Search the Help Center first for the workflow you are working in.
- If the article answers the question, keep moving instead of opening a new ticket.
- If you still need help, open a support request from the support area and describe the exact issue.
- Include what you expected, what actually happened, and any record numbers that let support investigate quickly.
Tips
- The fastest tickets usually include one reproducible path, not a general statement that something feels off.
- Include screenshots only when they clarify the issue. Remove or hide real customer information first.
Troubleshooting
- If the issue is intermittent, include the last known successful time as well as the failure time.
- If the issue appears only for one user or role, mention that immediately.
- If you are blocked from billing, messaging, or customer communication, mark the impact clearly in the request.
